"EDIT 10/24/25 Rich Rybka called initially to apologize, but his primary focus was to "make me take my review down". He didn't let me complete a single sentence and I said "See, this is pressure tactics. I'm done with this conversation and am hanging up" he proceeded to call five times and then FIGURED OUT WHERE I WORK AND CALLED MY JOB! I said how dare you and called him on my personal phone. Yes, I cussed at him, alot-he lost the courtesy of a civil conversation. He said "all you women are like this" and then proceeded to say if I am going to discredit his business that he would discredit mine. I don't know what kind of monster harnesses someone, but you can't win them all and you can't intimidate me to take my review down. How dare you threaten me because I didn't care for your approach in sales. That is my right. FYI, his comment below was written before he called my job. I gave him the opportunity to be civil, but all he did was talk over me and then threaten me. I have never experienced something like this in my entire life. I was initially very excited to discuss the auto quote they gave me further. I explained that I did not have anything additionally to bundle. I was then emailed a quote for life insurance to bundle and I explained that I was in sale and I understand the approach, but I would appreciate if we could focus on the auto insurance quote and nothing more. I am in sales, I know how it works, but I am not in need and I would appreciate it if we stayed on task. the response I got, oh my goodness! This is the quote directly from the email from Courtney N Marquard, "Wouldn't you want $50K/$100K to be paid out to your family instead of only to a stranger? " First of all Ms. Courtney, assuming I don't have a life insurance policy was pretty bold of you. Secondly, when a consumer makes a very clear statement, it is very bad practice and poor customer service to push. I am not interested in the pressure tactic sales. I wanted to give you my business for my car insurance. I hope you do better in the future."
